Sebastian watched as the woman picked up the pace. He could hear her talking to herself but wasn't close enough to hear what she was saying.

He didn't want to spook her. Fresh transfers were unstable. Dangerous. Even a trained recipient would struggle with the transfer surges. He couldn't imagine what an unsuspecting recipient might do.
