On 1, there is a Visitor.
On any other roll, there is not a Visitor.

If there is a Visitor, you'll roll to Discern Your Visitor.

On days when you don't get a visitor on a roll, you can Call a Special Visitor to come. This is useful when you need Skill Books but don't have a library or you want a certain visitor with a certain skillset to fill a certain role. To Call a Special Visitor, you have the Pay the Price for that 800 Personal Development & Journaling/810 Hermit Gaming/Games in Development/Cozy Village RPG/Special Visitor - and it is usually a STEEP price so you'll likely have to save up resources for them.
